Shop Policies

The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-6 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time

All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS, shipping times depend on the USPS  and UPS operating at full capacity.

Items marked “delivered” are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

The address can not be changed after the order has been placed.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. LittleWhaleCo is not responsible for delays due to customs.
